You inspired me to download the Audubon app to help me with bird authentication. Thank you for sharing your love of nature, and your lesser love of grading.

Let me how you like the Audubon app!

They are great, enjoy 😀

That’s amazing. You may/may not be interested but there is a brilliant BBC podcast (Spotify) 30 animals that made us smarter. Worth a listen, especially woodpeckers😀

Thank you!

I found the list of all the episodes: https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/w13xttw7/episodes/downloads.

Looks like I have some fun listening ahead!

They are amazing birds. We have a few kingfishers nearby (rarely seen) but they are incredible birds too

Kingfishers, wow. Most of the time, birds can be heard but not seen. This spring I'm constantly hearing Red-bellied Woodpeckers, as they "mark" their territory, but I see them once a week.

This is a great piece and the pictures are wonderful of the wood ducks.

Thank you. I love Wood Ducks.
